Refund & Cancellation Policy

Detailed explanation of Replista's refund and cancellation policy.

Important Notice

Our service is an information-providing SaaS service, and due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not accept refunds or cancellations.
Please review this policy carefully before using our service.

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds for usage fees already paid, regardless of the reason
  • Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot provide refunds for services once used
  • Even if the contract is cancelled or terminated, paid usage fees will not be refunded
  • Refunds cannot be processed after payment procedures are completed for any reason

Cancellation

Cancellation is available anytime

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the service settings. Service usage will stop from the next renewal date after cancellation.

Cancellation Steps

  1. Access the settings page within Replista service
  2. Select "Plan Management" or "Account Settings"
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Select cancellation reason (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation
  • A confirmation email will be sent after completing cancellation procedures
  • You can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period
  • Service usage will automatically stop after the billing period ends

Auto-Renewal

  • Contracts are automatically renewed under the same conditions upon expiration
  • If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the contract period expires
  • Monthly plans: Auto-renewal every 1 month
  • Annual plans: Auto-renewal every 12 months

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades to higher plans are available at any time
  • Downgrades to lower plans will take effect at the next renewal
  • No refunds are provided for price differences when changing plans
  • Plan changes can be made through the service settings page

Payment Delays

Important

If payment is delayed, you will be charged a late fee at an annual rate of 14.6%.

  • Service usage may be temporarily suspended if payment is overdue
  • Service usage will resume after payment confirmation
  • Prolonged payment delays may result in contract termination
