Data Deletion Policy
Replista provides a simple procedure for you to manage your data and permanently delete your account and associated data when it is no longer needed. Please follow the steps below to perform the data deletion (account closure) process.
Steps to Delete Your Data
You can delete your account from the settings screen within the application.
- After logging into the application, navigate to the "Account Settings" screen.
- Select "Close Account" or "Delete Account" from the settings options.
- (Optional) To help us improve our service, a brief survey about your reason for leaving will be displayed. We would appreciate your cooperation.
- After reviewing the important notes, press the "Execute Deletion" button.
Once the above procedure is complete, the deletion process for your account and all associated data will begin.
What Data is Deleted?
When you close your account, all personal data created and stored by you while using the service will be deleted, including the following information:
- Account Information: Your registered name, email address, etc.
- Linked Account Information: The ID and access tokens for your linked Instagram account.
- AI Training Data: Information and learning content provided to personalize AI responses.
- Messages and Logs: Created message templates and the history of sent/received messages.
- Analytics Data: Statistical data on performance and all other related data.
Important Notes
Once the deletion process is executed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. Please ensure you have saved any necessary data before proceeding.
If you are on a paid plan, you may need to cancel your subscription separately depending on your contract, even after closing your account. Please check your subscription status in advance.
